    Keeley (she/they) is an NYC-based stage manager, director, producer, and arts admin enthusiast. She’s a recent graduate of Marymount Manhattan College, receiving their BFA in Stage & Production Management, Directing, and a minor in Arts Management. Highlighted NYC credits include: Punchdrunk’s Sleep No More (PA), Elements: A Genre Bending War Play… (Director), The Fight for America!     Alexandra Rogers is a Florida born, NYC based director, playwright, and dramaturg. Their work focuses on themes of connection, queerness, and the performance of identity, and comes from a deep seated love for storytelling.

  • SOPHIE FERRIN

    she/her · ARTISTIC ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

    Sophie Ferrin is a New York-based Director and Actor. Most recently Sophie was the co-writer, director, and played Shelby in a new work called Potty Mouth (The Flea). She was the director of Escape From Margaritaville (The Players Theatre) which won Week 3 of the Boo! short play festival. Sophie was the assistant director of Snowball (Theatre Row), and has worked on productions with Lexington Children’s Theatre, and Sidekick Productions. In addition to that she worked on productions at her alma-mater Marymount Manhattan College where she directed the playwrighting project Yes Mister Bossman by Lena Jensen and her directing thesis Cock by Mike Bartlett.

  • DESIREE RUILOBA

    Desiree is an NYC-based Stage Manager, Writer, and Director whose work focuses on Female and BIPOC voices and the intersectionality of love and conflict. She graduated from the University of Houston's School of Theatre and Dance with a B.F.A in Theatre and a specialization in Stage Management. Being from a large family in Texas, Desiree aims to bring the sense of community, conscientiousness, and celebration of life that she has been surrounded by to Ghost Light's growing cohort.

  • LAUREN KEFFLER

    she/her · PRODUCTION MANAGER

    Lauren is an NYC-based actor, director, and dramaturg who is drawn to works that uplift female and queer stories. She graduated from Wagner College with a B.A. in Theatre & Speech, and two minors in Dance and Writing. ​Highlighted NYC performance credits include Matt & Ben (Ben), Elements: A Genre Bending Way Play (JC), Puffs (Harry), and The Wolves (#00). Her most recent directing work was on the Stephen Gaynor School's production of High School Musical Jr., and she is currently working with them to direct their 2026 production of Shrek Jr.

    Roger Pavey Jr. is a NYC-based multihyphenate theatre artist specializing in directing, management, marketing & graphic design, admin, projection design, scenic design, and performance. He has worked with Playwrights Horizons, Williamstown Theatre Festival, The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center, UnitedSolo at Theatre Row, Hollywood Fringe Festival, Hartford Stage, and Des Moines Metro Opera, and numerous production credits in IA/IL, CT, and RI.   • KRISTINA 'KRIS' SILVA

    she/her · LITERARY ASSISTANT

    Kris is an NYC-based arts administrator, dramaturg, and actor who aims to support artists in the early stages of development of their works. The through-line of Kristina’s career are uplifting innovative pieces that reflect the diverse makeup of New York City. With a background in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion strategy, Kristina takes that experience with every piece she elevates whether that be through dramaturgical research, developmental feedback, marketing, advertising, strategizing, and even performance. As well as being the Ghost Light Theatre Company Bright Lights Cohort Literary Assistant, she is also currently the Manhattan Theatre Club’s 2026 Paul Kaplan Special Events Trainee and was previously at BroadwayDirect’s Marketing and Group Sales departments.
